About the Position
As a Custodian III, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard custodial procedures, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies
- Ensure compliance with all cleaning standards and methods, including the operation of mechanical cleaning equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests, including responding to requests and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in training new custodians and temporary staff in proper use of cleaning equipment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 2 years of experience in a related field. You must also have a thorough knowledge of custodial trade, including all cleaning standards and methods, materials, and equipment.
