Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Respiratory Therapist to join our Cardiopulmonary Department at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating functions and activities related to our departmental function, providing limited supervision and shift supervision as needed.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the placement of peripheral IV lines and arterial lines, assisting physicians with invasive line monitoring, and maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports excellence in patient care. You'll also have the opportunity to perform CRT duties and contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise.
Requirements- Completion of a formal two-year respiratory education program that meets certification and registration requirements
- 3 years of experience in an acute care setting, with previous training and experience specific to the tasks designated under responsibilities/expected outcomes
- Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in the State of Arizona and CPR certification
