Job Title: RN Charge Med Surg/Telemetry FT Nights

Abrazo Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Charge Med Surg/Telemetry FT Nights to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor staff.
  • Provide direct clinical patient care and supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Two years relevant clinical nursing experience and for Level II EQ Only: A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR.
  • ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management experience with two years supervisory.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
