Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our ICU/PCU FT Days team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, directing and supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. If you are a motivated and compassionate leader who is passionate about making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the ICU/PCU FT Days unit, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Direct and supervise staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and performance improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum three years relevant clinical nursing experience, with at least two years of management/supervisory experience.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- CCRN or PCCN certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
