  • Promote sales of products and services to new and existing accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities to meet/exceed financial targets and achieve greater market penetration.
  • Develop and maintain a daily schedule to consistently meet expectations for inbound/outbound calls and administrative work that contribute to achieving sales and service level objectives for the team.
  • Upsell and cross-sell compatible products to customers, highlighting how certain products can enhance their current success.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, maintaining positive client relations and ensuring customer needs are met in a sustainable and beneficial manner.
  • Deliver confident sales pitches that highlight the superiority of the company's products and build brand awareness.
  • Educate customers on product information, including function, specifications, purpose, and developments in product design.
  • Maintain initiative to discover and attract new customers in a professional, efficient, and honest manner.
  • Contribute creative and strategic ideas about product improvements, marketing campaigns, and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain contacts within the industry to provide information and remain abreast of competitors' activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Previous experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, preferred.
