Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tax Sales Representative to join our team. As a Tax Sales Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing initial interactions, setting expectations, and guiding them through the process of registering and using our client portal. Your objective will be to ensure each client receives a top-tier experience from the start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to understand clients' tax-related challenges and present the advantages of our tax relief services.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and keep accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute positively to the overall growth and success of the team.
Requirements
  • Previous tax sales experience is required.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Superior written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and proficiency in computer usage.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
