Core Responsibilities:

New Client Development:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Employ various sales strategies and platforms (such as LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, etc.) to locate and qualify potential clients.
  • Initiate sales outreach, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, oversee negotiation processes, and accurately process orders within the system.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Address technical and prototype challenges, providing solutions to customer issues.
  • Navigate supply chain complexities and assist in order management for seamless production.
  • Collaborate with clients on supply chain and forecasting strategies, anticipating business needs while offering valuable insights.
  • Engage in regular discussions regarding maintenance and production schedules, exploring potential future initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to grasp and apply technical concepts relevant to product lines.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic system components and controls.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers and technical designers in delivering optimal customer solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
