Leave of Absence Specialist Role

The Leave of Absence Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Benefits Manager, Benefit Specialist, and USCS management team. This individual will contribute to key human resource areas, including FMLA, ADA, and insurance, ensuring seamless employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Manager to develop and implement leave policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Benefit Specialist to ensure compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees on leave, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth return-to-work process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Risk Management, and Payroll.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and best practices in leave management.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and insurance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
