Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Rose Paving. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed successfully.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue set by the Director of Sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
