Overview: As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Intermountain Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Our team provides compassionate and skilled nursing services to patients with various needs, and we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

About the Job: This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week, working 3-12 hour shifts. You will work autonomously, utilizing the nursing process to deliver care that meets the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will be sought after by patients and healthcare teams alike, as you provide education, support, and guidance throughout the care journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a home setting.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and overall wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 1 year of experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex medical terminology and technical equipment. A valid BLS certification is also required.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
