Job Summary:
  We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Kem And Carolyn Gardner Mental Health Crisis Care Center. Key Responsibilities:
  - Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improving patient outcomes and enhancing the healthcare experience.
  - Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to take an active role in their health and well-being.
  - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our clinical programs and services.
  - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health care, applying this knowledge to inform practice and improve patient care.

Requirements:
  - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah or ability to obtain within 90 days under the interstate compact.
  - A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a crisis care setting.
  - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  - Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other relevant software applications.

Salary:
  The estimated annual salary for this position is $93,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
