About the Role

ICON is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a clinical research professional with a strong background in drug development.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical study strategies, conducting clinical trial design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical study strategies
  • Conduct clinical trial design and protocol development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical projects
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific/life sciences field; Pharm.D. or Ph.D. preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in research with at least 3 years of clinical research/drug development experience
  • Experience in Oncology Drug Development preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to accommodate up to 20% travel
