Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, providing organizational assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules and manage office communications
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, creating presentations, and handling office communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
