Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team at A2Z Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing HR-related duties and working closely with our remote HR Manager to create a positive and successful working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel.
  • Conduct new-employee orientations and oversee on-boarding and new hire training schedule.
  • Handle on-site employee relations counseling with the support of the HR Manager.
  • Maintain human resource records and compile reports as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well with remote management.
  • Consultative approach with a keen eye for business and clear understanding of how positive culture can impact an organization.
  • Strong relationship skills - ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to change direction with minimal notice.
  • Excellent technical skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Office.
  • Must be bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • Well-spoken and able to write and document clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to balance needs of staff while focusing on company goals and objectives.
Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years HR experience or similar combination of education and experience.
