Nurse Manager of Emergency Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the Emergency Department's clinical operations, including patient care, resource allocation, and staffing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the ED leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze departmental statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in disaster planning and emergency preparedness initiatives.
- Current Texas State RN license or compact license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in Emergency Department leadership.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certifications.
- CEN, TNCC, ENPC/PALS certifications preferred.
