About the Role

The Housing Manager is a key member of our team at UTEC, Inc., responsible for assisting young adults in the housing procurement process and ensuring they have access to safe and stable living arrangements.

This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or leasing office work, knowledge of affordable housing programs, and strong communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 plus benefits, including 4 weeks of vacation, 12 holidays, and health insurance. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes professional development support, an annual cost of living increase, and a 401-K retirement plan.
