Account Executive

- Utilize a needs-based review process to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and work with the agent to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. A sales background and experience working in outside sales or retail sales environments is preferred. Additionally, the ability to make presentations to potential customers and obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses is required.
