  • Customer Retention: Ensure 100% customer retention for your defined book of business by proactively identifying key risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Business Growth: Grow accounts through location expansion, driving adoption with partners, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell related products.
  • Client Relationships: Build meaningful, lasting relationships with our B2B partners to make Montway's platform of choice for their business needs.
  • Renewal and Upsell: Proactively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication: Provide regularly scheduled communications and KPI updates with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and on schedule.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, assisting with training, shadowing, and interviewing of potential Account Executives as needed.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, customer retention, and team management. They will be comfortable presenting insights, data, and KPI metrics during client meetings and have a keen understanding of how the Montway platform and unique products deliver brand value in support of clients' goals.

Travel: The role requires travel to visit personal territories, directed by management.
