Job Overview

Position: Logistics Asset Manager I

Location: Washington, D.C.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with the capability to secure and sustain a CI polygraph


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of classified and unclassified intelligence IT assets globally.
  • Address customs challenges related to international logistics.
  • Collaborate with clients and financial personnel to guarantee sufficient funding for logistics operations.
  • Support encompasses, but is not limited to, assistance in procurement, logistics oversight, equipment and spare parts database management, shipping and tracking, SCRM compliance, and overseeing an operational spare parts program.
  • Possess the ability to grasp fundamental concepts, including basic grammar principles, and be accountable for drafting technical documents of various types. Aid in the creation and upkeep of operational documentation, user manuals, guides, and technical publications. Collect technical data and prepare written content. Maintain an up-to-date internal documentation repository. Utilize various word processing and presentation software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field; alternatively, an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of pertinent experience beyond the educational requirement.
  • Experience in a DoD or IC setting is preferred.
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
