We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-focused IT Asset Management (ITAM) Supervisor to be part of our team. Opportunities are available in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
The ITAM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facets of property management associated with the contract. This role includes maintaining current knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and their applications. The supervisor ensures compliance with established procedures and maintains necessary documentation. Additionally, they provide training to team members on property management protocols and ensure timely delivery of all required reports and documentation to clients. The supervisor will also engage with auditors during evaluations and offer guidance on property management for new business initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field may count for 2 years of experience, while a PhD may account for 4 years.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-recognized certifications such as Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or Certified Federal Property Manager (CFPM). Experience with Department of Defense or agency property management systems is advantageous.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access files and communicate with colleagues.
