Accounting Manager Job Description

Tremco Construction Products Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general ledgers of our service businesses, including revenue recognition and related accounts.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation reviews to ensure compliance with public company accounting regulations and internal controls.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in general accounting or audit, with a strong background in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Experience with SAP (FI, CO, and PA modules) and consolidation software, such as OneStream.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team.
