We are seeking a Compensation Coordinator to join our team at Phaxis - Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cordinate the processing of payroll, including preparation and submission of reports.
  • Answer payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain payroll files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to government regulations affecting payroll.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or payroll administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, with standard office hours and occasional overtime as needed.
