Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health care or long-term care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Compensation

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
