The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Fraud Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect fraud across our enterprise. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives and drive fact-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques to solve medium to large-scale business problems.
  • Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives and drive solution strategies.
  • Translate recommendations into clear and concise communication materials for various levels of management.
  • Integrate disparate data sources and determine the appropriate data hygiene techniques to apply.
  • Document assumptions, methodology, validation, and testing to facilitate peer reviews and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience.
  • 6 years of data and analytics experience or a combination of experience and education.
  • Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, data visualization, and developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, or other analysis software.
