About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Directory Services Technical Lead to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall IAM Directory technologies and configurations support the enterprise needs for security requirements and resiliency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the operations team on global changes, new implementations, and integrations for improving Clorox Identity Management platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Identity platforms, including Active Directory, EntraID, and other authentication or authorization platforms.
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps, execution plans, and timing for life-cycle management of existing technologies.
  • Continuously improve existing processes and operational standards for the operational and on-call staff to address requests and outages.
  • Escalate P1 and P2 issues with vendors to guide operational staff to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance and a culture of standards awareness and continuous improvement to ensure infrastructure policies, standards, and guidelines are followed.
  • Drive the implementation of target state aligned with business requirements and minimize disruptions.
  • Gather application IAM requirements, provide technical guidance, and foster a collective understanding of IAM processes and security configurations.
  • Align with various application, data, security, and infrastructure teams to determine high-level plans for infrastructure solutions while assessing the impact against infrastructure standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Infrastructure Systems Engineer in advanced Active Directory and EntraID experience in a globally large environment.
  • 2+ years of cloud security experience within Azure and other Cloud Service Providers or equivalent products and services.
  • Familiarity with the Zero Trust Architecture framework, NIST framework, and experience applying the framework to infrastructure technology.
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge involving the development of multi-tier and cross-platform architecture plans to include enterprise workflows and distributed architecture.
  • Demonstrate experience in applications in Windows/Linux environments.
  • A background in IT infrastructure such as datacenter compute, storage, networking, hyperconverged technologies, backups, monitoring, server OS, database.
  • A working knowledge of all Cloud Service Provider best practices and capabilities.
  • Ability to ensure cybersecurity and privacy standards are followed per organizational policies.
  • Ability to lead through influence across and with the IAM teams at Clorox.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications are also desired.
