Overview:

The General Manager plays a crucial role in steering the restaurant towards success. This position is responsible for overseeing operations and fostering growth through effective team development and sales enhancement. The General Manager is tasked with recruiting, training, and nurturing Crewmembers and Assistant Managers who embody the company's core values. Upholding the company culture while ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable work environment is essential. A key aspect of this role includes guaranteeing the provision of high-quality food in a fast, friendly, clean, and safe setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops work schedules and ensures all roles are adequately staffed
  • Oversees restaurant operations and supports teams during busy periods
  • Participates in food preparation, cooking, and menu assembly
  • Conducts interviews, hires, trains, and assesses team performance
  • Ensures equitable shift rotations for management personnel
  • Maximizes revenue potential through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Maintains safety protocols and emergency/security measures
  • Addresses customer concerns and ensures satisfaction
  • Manages the ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies
  • Ensures restaurant operations align with customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role required
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Capability to lead a team of up to 20 members
  • Willingness to commit to an average of 45 hours per week
