We are actively seeking a skilled Senior Client Solutions Specialist to become part of our Workforce Benefits division.

This position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid options.

Your Impact:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners in the Benefits Technology sector.
Act as a subject matter expert on enrollment processes for designated partnerships.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues with urgency and precision.
Collaborate with Client Solutions Consultants for comprehensive analysis of recurring issues.
Effectively communicate updates and enhancements to our diverse clientele.
Work alongside internal teams to address data challenges arising from technology partners.
Respond to inquiries regarding support from onboarding through enrollment and ongoing data management.
Consult with brokers on best practices for case setup with assigned partners.

Oversee case-level file exchanges (e.g., EDI, XML, API) to ensure seamless data synchronization between Pacific Asset Management and our technology partners.

Monitor and address case-level error reports to proactively resolve customer data issues.
Enhance the understanding and comfort level with our technology solutions among internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements related to enrollment and group benefits.
Adhere to departmental controls in all aspects of your responsibilities.
Exhibit a customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Engage in team meetings and special projects, contributing innovative ideas and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

Job performance must align with departmental standards for prioritization, productivity, quality, and timeliness.

Ensure that actions, behaviors, and decisions reflect the mission and vision of Pacific Asset Management.

Qualifications:
A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in the worksite or voluntary benefits sector.
Familiarity with technology ecosystems, particularly within the FinTech landscape.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
Demonstrated time management and organizational capabilities.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API technology in the worksite benefits domain.
Direct experience with Benefits Administration systems and data exchanges.

The base pay range reflects the company's good faith minimum and maximum for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
