Key Responsibilities:

  3. Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and modifications for various healthcare services.
  4. Provide technical support for the patient portal, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues while adhering to privacy protocols.
  5. Facilitate communication among healthcare providers to ensure timely patient care and follow-up.
  6. Engage in special projects aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:
