Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Venous Access Team as a Clinical Nurse II. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience in a multidisciplinary setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to coordinate and deliver care to patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One year of nursing experience, with a focus on clinical nursing and patient care.
