Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Review and analyze financial reports, monitor operating expenses, and prepare performance reports.
  • Management: Direct and advise property management companies, develop and standardize reports, and monitor lease-up progress.
  • Market: Monitor market trends, understand market-specific changes, and assist in the preparation of market updates.
  • Physical: Review physical inspections to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with Authority guidelines.
  • Program Administration: Stay current with federal rules and regulations, review past due status reports, and assist with HOME Annual Performance Reports.
  • Community Relations and Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and represent the Company in a professional manner.
  • Special Programs Analysis: Review and make recommendations for Charter School Moral Obligation applications, oversee approved charter schools, and review RLF applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related area.
  • 5-10 years of multi-family asset management and/or underwriting experience.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to maintain a big-picture focus while attending to detailed work and providing thorough documentation.
