We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Home Depot. As a key member of our Loss Prevention and Security department, you will play a critical role in preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevent financial loss by identifying and investigating incidents of theft and fraud
  • Support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned stores
  • Monitor physical security and CCTV systems to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Collaborate with store management and security teams to develop and implement security protocols
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
