Dietitian Nutritionist II

Job Summary:
Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian Nutritionist II to join our team at UNC Health Johnston Clayton Facility. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition assessments, interventions, and education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services and optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and disease management.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of patients and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
