Dietitian Nutritionist II

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist II to join their clinical nutrition team at UNC Health Johnston Clayton Facility, a 50-bed facility. This role will provide support to inpatient units and outpatient clinics, as assigned.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments, interventions including nutrition support, education, and counseling patients and their families.
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to provide education and support on nutrition-related topics.
- Serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials, with eligibility to register within 120 days of hire.
- State licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, with a strong background in nutrition assessment, intervention, and education.
