Sodexo, the world's leading private employer of Registered Dietitians, is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist II to join their clinical nutrition team at UNC Health Johnston Clayton Facility. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions, education, and counseling to patients and their families, adhering to the Nutrition Care Process model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and reassessments, developing personalized plans to support patient health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and therapists, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients, staff, and families, promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
  • Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • 3-5 years of experience in nutrition support, with a strong background in clinical nutrition.
