Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Office Manager will include:
  1. Managing Receptionist-Dispatcher
  2. Managing Job File Coordinator
  3. Managing Accounting & HR Administrator
  4. Coordinating and maintaining company calendar and franchise communication
  5. Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  6. Verifying and analyzing financial reports
  7. Verifying and analyzing divisional key measurements
  8. Monitoring compliance and risk management
  9. Ensuring employment files and records accuracy
  10. Managing franchise compensation plan
  11. Managing franchise staffing plan
  12. Ensuring fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisions
  13. Overseeing performance management and documentation
  14. Documenting franchise annual plan
  15. Documenting divisional performance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • 5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
  • Proficient with Xactimate estimating software
  • Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
  • College degree desirable
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
