Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $62,000 and $82,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance to blueprint and/or documented process control requirements through all phases of design and manufacture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct inspections on Anthony manufactured products in accordance with blueprints, specifications, verbal direction, and process control instructions.
  2. Develop and maintain inspection plans and process control plans.
  3. Monitor and audit manufacturing systems to ensure proper routing of parts and compliance to procedures and blueprints.
  4. Train operators on quality techniques and lead teams to implement process improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal process customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5 years minimum experience in a quality assurance/inspection environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
