About the Job

Bard Manufacturing Company, a prominent player in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Lead to manage production operations at its Madison, Ga facility.

With over 100 years of family ownership and operation, the company has established itself as a leader in light commercial, educational, and telecommunications markets.

A highly competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year is offered, along with an array of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, vacation, 10 paid holidays per year, free gym memberships for employees, and tuition reimbursement.

Key Objectives:

  • Meet production schedules by achieving high levels of quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of hourly workers.
  • Administer collective bargaining agreement.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Abide by and ensure all safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in technical, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years related supervisory experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
  • Familiarity with various functional areas such as fabrication, welding, assembly, shipping.
  • Basic Computer Skills - Word, Excel, AS400.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
