As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for executing financial reporting, ensuring proper classification of all expenses, assets, liabilities, reconciliation, and month-end accruals. You will also complete daily accounting tasks, including tracking funds, preparing deposits, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, you will ensure the overall processing of accounts payables and accurately document all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute financial reporting and ensure proper classification of all expenses, assets, liabilities, reconciliation, and month-end accruals
* Complete daily accounting tasks, including tracking funds, preparing deposits, and reconciling accounts
* Ensure the overall processing of accounts payables
* Accurately document all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions
* Complex problem-solving for upper management to ensure on-time and cost-effective project completion
* Assist with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in accounting
* General accounting experience or a strong accounting internship
* Proficient skills with using Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of GAAP
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Thorough understanding of the accounts payable function
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Strong overall computer skills with an emphasis in MS Excel
