Overview


The selected candidate will deliver financial expertise, enhancing and refining business systems, methodologies, and controls to fulfill the requirements of internal teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental analysis on initiatives utilizing standard cost frameworks.

• Ensure that project expenditures and advantages are accurately represented in financial forecasts and budgets.

• Develop Cost Monitoring, Financial Evaluation, and Prioritization reports.

• Engage in continuous enhancement projects as necessary to achieve business goals.

• Aid in precise project forecasting (i.e., anticipated costs and benefits).

• Assist the Project Manager with Capital budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Revise estimates/forecasts to align with corporate deadlines.

• Support the compilation and presentation of reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.

• Contribute to the implementation of new financial policies and procedures.


• Analyze and assess expenditures, ensuring correct allocation of costs to various departments, and report findings as needed.

Compliance and Controls

• Maintain effective key controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Ensure accurate accounting for both variable and fixed costs through transaction documentation.

• Timely recording of accruals, reallocations, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Conduct monthly analysis of Price, Volume, and Efficiency for the site.

• Perform Fixed Cost analysis by cost center reporting for different operational units.

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reporting.

• Seek opportunities to enhance accounting processes, controls, and procedures to foster efficiency and cost savings.

• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the organization.

• Consistently apply and utilize Outward Mindset Principles and Tools.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with SAP.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Project Analysis is required.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Basic understanding of MS Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.

• Strong data analysis capabilities and experience in generating project reports.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to foster partnerships in a collaborative environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
