As we continue to grow, we are seeking a unique individual to fill the role of Financial Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor. This position is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a rapidly expanding organization.
- Oversee the acquisition of new company vehicles, from procurement requests to final delivery.
- Manage payment coordination with the accounting department.
- Collaborate with marketing for vehicle branding and wrapping.
- Work with local management to assess and fulfill fleet requirements.
- Ensure timely renewals for vehicle registrations and other state-required licenses.
- Administer the company Gas Card Program.
- Maintain and update fixed asset tracking for vehicle locations and details.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, identifying local service vendors.
Insurance Management:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all vehicles and locations are adequately insured.
- Accurately distribute insurance costs across subsidiaries.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing by managing pre-paid insurance amortization schedules.
- Handle insurance claims and distribute insurance cards upon policy renewal.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, vision, and dental coverage, along with vacation and sick leave, and paid company holidays.
