Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Bilingual Therapies in Denver, CO.

This is an exciting full-time, onsite opportunity for a BCBA to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans for K-2 students.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Data Analysis: Utilize your expertise to conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to staff on behavior management techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification: Must hold Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Education: Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Preferably, experience working with young children and in educational settings.

Position Details:

  • Caseload: K-2 students.
  • Hours and Pay: Full-time, competitive salary based on experience (estimated $70,000 - $90,000 per year)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including dental, medical, vision, and 401K plan.

Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
