Job Title: Account Executive

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Manhattan, NY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
  • Manage service accounts by visiting with Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers within assigned territory, to develop ongoing relationships and build an understanding of their needs and wants.
  • Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information.
  • Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software program.
  • Prepare service contract bids, including reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment when necessary.
  • Receive and respond to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales experience or training required.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
  • Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

  • Competitive salary range: $79,900 to $115,960.
