At Thyssenkrupp Elevator, we are seeking a skilled Elevator Sales Professional to join our team in Manhattan, NY.

As an Elevator Sales Professional, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of company products, including elevator code requirements, and be able to prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
  • Managing service accounts by visiting with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships and build an understanding of their needs and wants.
  • Developing capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales experience or training, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.

Salary range is $79,900 to $115,960, with a car allowance, fuel card, and monthly commission program.
