About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Universal Banker to join our team at Old Second National Bank. As a Senior Universal Banker, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, building deep relationships with clients, and contributing to the bank's continued success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing front-line customer service and sales support to existing and new customers.
  • Developing and building deep relationships with clients to identify new sales opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Utilizing strong knowledge of Old Second National Bank's comprehensive portfolio of banking options to advise customers on their financial needs.
  • Maintaining a high level of operational accuracy and compliance with all internal and legislated regulations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service, and/or sales).
* Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements.
* Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position.
