Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing a sales strategy aligned with company goals, managing current sales resources, hiring, training, and mentoring a sales team, conducting product demonstrations, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and driving business growth through innovative strategies.

  • Craft and implement a sales strategy with senior management for existing and potential new clients.
  • Manage current sales resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales team members.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and informational presentations.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 12 years in a SaaS sales management role.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a sales process, growing accounts, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Experience executing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS industry.
  • Financial metrics and budget management expertise.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a sales team.
