Director of Rehabilitation Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor, to ensure the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered.
  • Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
  • Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families, and provide reports and develop programs appropriate for the patient population.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in rehabilitation services management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care delivery.
  • Experience in staff management and development.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
