Service Desk Support Specialist

K2 Services is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Southfield, MI. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide over-the-phone, email, and chat support to customers.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues using documented troubleshooting items and knowledge base.
- Use screen sharing and remote-control tools to collect and evaluate customer-reported issues.
- Properly ticket all customer requests with detailed information.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal, written, and typing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, efficiency, multi-tasking skills, and patience.
- Dependable team player with ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
- Ability to act independently and make decisions within the scope of the position's responsibilities.
