Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and staff.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of casino/hotel operations and premium dining services.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in casino food and beverage operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of table service etiquette and procedures.
  • Possession of a valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and IGC Badge is mandatory.

Physical Abilities:

  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and perceive sounds accurately.
  • Visual acuity to assess situations and surroundings.
