Your Role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brightside Health, you will provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders. You will collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists as part of our growing therapist community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists
  • Draw on symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal
  • Receive support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team

Requirements
  • Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work
  • Independent license in the state where you reside
  • Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist for at least 1 year
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions
  • Must welcome treating all populations and be comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
