Position Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Service Team. We seek individuals who are friendly, engaging, and possess a talent for promoting service offerings. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
  • Welcome customers, assess their powersports vehicles, and provide assistance.
  • Record issues with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft, ensuring clear documentation on the Repair Order.
  • Inform the Service Manager of any additional repairs needed or delays in service completion to keep customers updated.
  • Advise clients on essential and recommended services, including associated costs.
  • Promote additional services and products, highlighting special offers.
  • Review ongoing Repair Orders to guarantee quality and timely service.
  • Track the status of customer vehicles from service entry to job completion.
  • Communicate any changes regarding timelines, repairs, or costs to customers promptly.
  • Upon job completion, discuss the work performed with the customer.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Powersports or Automotive Dealership setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • Dependable, energetic, and conscientious personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Motorcycle endorsement is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
